What counts as one scan?
One scan is one supporting document, not one file. Photograph five till receipts in a single shot and that is five scans. Upload a PDF containing thirty supplier invoices and that is thirty scans.
Multi-page PDFs also have a floor: one scan for every five pages started. A five-page PDF holding one invoice counts as one scan; a twenty-five-page PDF holding one invoice counts as five. Where both rules apply, the higher number governs. A photograph is always one page, so for photos only the number of documents counts.
Before you send a file from the app, DemyTix shows its minimum count. The final count can be higher if the file holds more documents than the page floor implies. Documents forwarded to your workspace email address are counted the same way, without a confirmation screen.
