One address per workspace

Each workspace has its own address, so invoices for a client land in that client's workspace and nowhere else. Copy it once from the workspace settings.

Nothing to open, nothing to upload

Forward from any mailbox, give the address to a supplier, or save it on the printer. Whoever sends, the invoice arrives already read.

One ticket per document

Three PDFs in one email become three tickets. Two invoices in one PDF become two. A “download your invoice” link is followed and the PDF fetched for you.

From the inbox to your queue, hands off

    Copy your workspace address

    Find it in the workspace settings. Save it as a contact in your mailbox, and as a scan destination on the office printer.

    Forward, send, or scan

    Forward a supplier invoice, ask suppliers to send there directly, or scan the paper invoice to that address from the copier.

    Review the ticket

    A few minutes later the ticket is in your queue with merchant, VAT, total and date already read. Check, approve, send to Bexio.

An address that belongs to the workspace

The address is generated for the workspace, not for a person. Rename the workspace, change the team: it keeps working. Anyone who has it can feed the workspace, whether it's you, a colleague, or a supplier who invoices you every month. Tickets that arrive this way wait for the workspace admins, ready to be checked.

Scan to email, straight from the copier

Most office printers can send a scan by email. Save the workspace address as a destination on the printer, set the output to PDF, and the paper invoices on the desk go from the feeder into DemyTix in one press. For office staff and fiduciaries, that's the whole filing step gone.
