Yes. Reviewed expenses post straight into your Bexio account with the right accounts and VAT codes mapped. You stay in control: nothing syncs until you confirm the extracted fields.

Your receipts and extracted data are stored in Switzerland. To extract the fields, each receipt image is analyzed by Claude, Anthropic's AI engine, on its servers in the United States; Anthropic does not train on it and deletes it within 30 days, and the result is saved on our Swiss infrastructure.

Nothing breaks. You keep access to everything already scanned. You can upgrade your plan in one click for more scans, or wait for your quota to reset at the start of the next month.

Yes. Each client lives in its own workspace with isolated receipts, members and Bexio connection. Assign team members only to the workspaces they should see, ideal for fiduciaries.

No commitment. Depending on the plan, you are billed monthly or yearly, with automatic renewal, and you can change plan or cancel whenever you want. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, the current month or year; your data stays exportable while your account is open.

Yes. Every workspace has its own email address, shown in the workspace settings. Forward a PDF invoice to it, ask a supplier to send there directly, or save the address as a scan destination on your office printer: the invoice arrives as a ticket with the fields already read. PDF only, and emailed documents count against your scan quota like uploads.

One scan is one supporting document, not one file: a photo of five receipts is five scans, a PDF of thirty invoices is thirty. Multi-page PDFs also count at least one scan per five pages started, and the higher of the two numbers applies. The app shows the minimum count before you send a file; documents forwarded by email are counted the same way.

Yes, and no card is needed. Every new account starts with 14 days of the paid features unlocked: 50 scans, 5 workspaces, 5 seats, exports and bank reconciliation. When the 14 days end the account simply continues on the Free plan, with 10 scans a month, until you choose a paid plan. There is nothing to cancel.

In the web and mobile apps: photos as JPEG, PNG or HEIC, and PDF files, including multi-page PDFs holding several invoices. By email, to your workspace address: PDF only, up to 20 MB and 25 pages per file. Every file is read the same way and counted against your monthly scans.

Yes. Upload a supplier invoice as a PDF, or forward it to your workspace address, and DemyTix reads the supplier, the amounts, the VAT and the dates exactly as it does for a receipt. Files can be up to 20 MB and 25 pages; a PDF that holds several invoices counts one scan per invoice, as the scan rules on the pricing page explain.

Yes. On a Swiss QR-bill, DemyTix reads the payment part as well: the creditor's IBAN, the reference and the amount, so the invoice arrives with its payment details already filled in and ready to post.

Not yet. Bank reconciliation is in development: you will import your bank statement in CAMT format and match each transaction to its receipt or invoice. We will say so on this site the day it ships.

Cancelling a paid plan moves your account to the Free plan and keeps your data within that plan's limits; nothing is deleted by the cancellation itself. You can export or delete your data at any time, and closing your account deletes it permanently. The only exception is the invoices we issued to you, which Swiss accounting law requires us to keep for ten years.

The apps and this site are available in English, French, German and Italian, and support answers in those four languages within 48 hours. The receipts and invoices themselves can be in more than 120 languages: the extraction reads them whatever the language.

A member sees only their own scans and can add new ones. A workspace admin manages everything in the workspace: everyone's expenses and invoices, the connection to the accounting software (Bexio today), new workspaces, invitations and the subscription.
